What is GCO Life?
GCO Life is an AI-powered fitness app that combines training, nutrition and recovery into one holistic system. Your personal GCO Coach analyzes your daily data and gives you personalized recommendations.
How does the Readiness Score work?
The Readiness Score (0–100) is based on your daily check-in: sleep quality, energy level, stress, mood and training load. It shows you how ready your body is for exertion and helps the coach give optimal recommendations.
Can I use the app without a subscription?
GCO Life offers a free trial period so you can get to know all the features. After that, a premium subscription is required to use the full range of functions. You will find details on prices and terms in the app.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → GCO Life → Cancel Subscription. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.
Is my data stored securely?
Yes. Your data is stored encrypted in the Google Firebase Cloud (Europe). We do not sell personal data to third parties. You will find further details in our privacy policy.
Does GCO Life work with Apple Health?
Yes. GCO Life can synchronize workout data with Apple Health. You can enable or disable the HealthKit integration in the app settings.
Which languages is the app available in?
GCO Life is currently available in English and German. Further languages are planned.
